DFA will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th.
CLUB NEWS:
Mondays at the club during the summer have become our electric foil and epee lesson and sparring days, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursdays are also another foil and epee sparring day, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesdays at the club during the summer belong to the electric saber fencers, lessons and sparring, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Turn out has been very good.
Saturdays are reserved for the saber fencers to spar, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The epee fencers have Saturdays at 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.
Once the majority of the fencers have returned to the club after summer vacation, I want to hold USFA Saber and Epee tournaments so our fencers get tournament practice, earn a rating and win a medal.
